1/21/14
-The present members voted on the elected officers listed below Vice President- Jaime Treasurer- Kremer Secretary- Alex Public Rep.- Conner
-Jaime, Conner, and Jeff were to be made admins of the Facebook page.
-The title of our Facebook page was to be changed to Platteville Belegarth Society.
-We decided that once the club was recognized by the university -the entrance fee's to the club would $5.00 for a semester and $10.00 for the school year. -that Kremer will set up a bank account for the club at a bank located in Platteville -for practicing, we will rent out the wrestling room
-The following jobs were assigned Conner- in charge of designing recruitment posters and other recruitment idea's. Jaime- was assigned to print out and give Jeff the following documents -Constitution -Mission Statement -Waiver
-At the meeting there was also brief discussion about the adviser and his contact information.

- Discussed and completed mission statement.
- Plattcon Idea's - Hand out flyers
- Discussed recruitment idea's - Conner was assigned the task to brainstorm idea's for posters/flyers
- Jeff will talk to Rowan to finish registering with Belegarth.
- Build session for plattcon was canceled.

Meeting Minutes (Alex couldn't make this one): - Pick is taking so long because they have been bombarded with other requests
- Naming ideas for positions fitting with Dwarven theme
- Treasurer - Keeper of the Horde
- Secretary - Rune Scribe

- President - Clan Leader
- Quartermaster - Head of the Armory
- Public Chair - Clan Crier

- Discussed Plattcon, and recommended that everyone attend William's belegarth tournament. - Jaime will visit the student organization committee will visit on Wednesday.

- All officers need to learn how to marshal - Made changes to the constitution - Added a date - Revised the mission statement to be more suitable for the university. - Removed article IV from the constitution. - Article V was removed as well.

- I was late to the meeting - Changed the constitution - Officers do not pay the club fee since they pay in effort and time - Members can petition officers/rules - All members will be notified of important voting sessions. - Members will not abuse funding from SUFAC - We will offer suggestions to UW Platteville LARP tournament.

-The constitution legality has been delayed by the council. -Reviewed article 5 section 4 -Reviewed other sections and decided to leave them as they were. -Decided to run a belegarth tournament during melcher madness. -The club will meeting Noah Garlander about the larping battle to work out logistic details. This will be posted on facebook to coordinate times.

-We are now a club! AAAWWWWW YEEEAAAAH! -We need to get the club a federal tax id number for the bank account. -Practice spot Outdoor Practice area -In one of the parks. -Rugby Field -In the field by the student center -In the soccer field Indoor Field -William Field-house -We might have officer meetings in the William Field-house -If we do rent out the field-house, we will need to meet in their every week or we lose the space -Melcher Madness -Nogrod will be hosting a tournament -We will be meeting in William Fieldhouse thursday at 4 pm for logistics of the major larp battle on the 27th. -Colors -Blue and orange -Symbols are put on hold -No advertising is necessary for Melcher Madness on Nogrod's end. -Posters need to be ready by April 20th. -We are going to start meeting Sunday from 1-2 pm once we get a meeting room.

- Conner, you really need to look up from your phone. - Planning to make a yearly event. - Have it be an official belegarth event. - Consider have it an off season event (according to the belegarth calender). - Minimal garb. - Ways to have more non-combat members - They need to find these things out for themselves. - There will be official practices next year on Sundays.
