I don't think the community outside of the officers are aware of this event that is going on other than word of mouth. I'm surprised we haven't posted anything about this yet.
I wish I had a PDF of the poster advertising the event but I will have make due with what I can type out.
There will be a LARP Battle (We are calling it a LARP battle but it really is a Belegarth battle. That way we can get more people that understand what LARP is but not Belegarth to participate) this weekend April 27th at Memorial Park. The time you check in for the 15+ age group is at 1:15. The battle starts at 2 and goes until 3. You are free to bring your own weapons but make sure they meet Belegarth standards (We will check all private weapons at the event). There will be loaner weapons available for those who don't have them. Come on down and enjoy this opportunity to hit other people with foam swords!
